The members shell consists of The persons substantively employed in any of departments of the ICAR having at least three years regular and continuous service in ICAR or permanently employed in any of the departments of the ICAR

• He will be substantively employed in ICAR
• His written application for membership has been approved by the managing committee..
• He is not a member of any other primary society dispensing credit with limited or unlimited liability.

When a person’s application for membership has been accepted by the committee and he has paid, share money of ₹ 10/- and amount of compulsory deposit, he shall be deemed to have acquired all the rights and incurred all the obligations and liabilities of a member of the society as laid down in the Co-operative Societies Act, the rules.
